Confirmed leak is definitely coming from the cass seam.
Has anyone had any luck with 3m or ultra grey black ? I know I have to clean the area really well and I was going to use a dremel and lightly go over the seam and then do a light bead down the length of case.
Havent heard of that working too well. worth a shot i guess as the other way is to pull the complete motor down to inspect and correct. I see your cases were powdercoated. Did you assemble yourself? Was they overspray on the seams?

A local shop did the motor work but they are no longer around. No over spray visible on the seams.
I'll give it a shot and see what happens. Either loctite 518 or 3m grey is what I'm considering trying.
