Hey guys, I'm trying to set the timing correctly on this Evo. I have installed a Dynatek S ignition and after following the timing set up instructions provided the bike is still running rough. I have an S&S E carb with an initial basic set up done per S&S. When the bike is running I can hear the timing is off, some white smoke from the exhaust, and when I close the choke she sputters and dies. This is the first start or starts on a complete motor rebuild. Can the timing be adjusted while the motor is running?
Any advice appreciated and thanks in advance?

Here are the plugs and I'm running rich. Took a camera down the front spark plug hole and have what appears to be a gas/oil mix on top of the piston. The rear is fine.

Most likely from running it too long with the enrichener on.
