Pick up a set of liquid cooled 103 heads, send to Rick Ward. .027 mls head gaskets will put you close to 10.8. Sell 110 heads. Buy a SE 58mm throttle body. S&S stealth AC. Wood TW8 cams. Gut the stock pipe and run the Rinehart mufflers. Get it tuned.

Here’s a 103-head 110 combo with a decat pipe, wfo Larry heads and cyclerama 595, stock TB vs 58mm. Personally I’d save up the $$ and do a 113 build with Ward cnc porting the 110 heads but a build like this would pull hard for the $$

Thanks for the feedback. Good looking run. A 113 build will have to be a winter 24/25 project since riding season is upon us already here in TN. Now to find a good shop near to Memphis. I did find a pair of LC 103" heads (6K miles) for $300 which I may buy and send off for porting and milling. I can do the head r/r and cam/bearing/lifter/pushrod install.

Or you can get 10.5 pistons from HD and run the 110 heads stock. Not sure what cam would be best but here’s one with t-man’s older 625

Then later you can have the heads done, pipe, maybe different cams, and put it in the 130’s
