fast idling

i just installed a corsair air cleaner [kurayakyn] now its idling fast and check engine light is on. i have super trapps mean mothers on it with a harley power comander its a 01 fatboy 88 cu. any suggestions on what i should do to correct problem?

Did you get a new Power commander MAP? A lean mix at idle can cause a fast idle.
