Why is this happening?
I have an 07' RKCustom with S/E air cleaner, PCiii, and slip ons. No other engine mods. Lately since the cold weather hit it runs fine when you are on the throttle but soon as you slow down or come to a stop it will lope and then shut off. That happens the most but when your on the highway it runs fine under power and when you get to the stop at the end of an off ramp it will continue to pull and idle very high for about 30 to 40 seconds before it slows down lopes then shuts off. This is all very bizarre and I assume its coming from the power commander. I hooked it up to the laptop tonight to check the map and make sure its the right one and to check throttle position percentage and they both checked out fine. Has anyone else had this issue?

My recall only pertained to the 08's. This poster must know something about a recall for the 07's.

Mine did same on fuel change,fill her up somewhere else and it should be fine.Same symptoms exactly.
