Why don't you just have yours powder coated?

I don't want it down for a week waiting on paint. I'll swap and resale the originals, Paint them too, or just stash.

Resale on 3/4" Evo lowers? I'm not thinking it would be a financial windfall. Find some and send them out for pc.

Just handpaint the darned things! That's what I did to my shovel, many years ago. Costs a small pot of decent black paint, a brush, thinners and some fine abrasive paper. And a nice dry afternoon plus a can of beer or two......
