Although 0.8 ohm on the primary side of the ign coil is not unusual, the Ultima manual says that it should be higher.
The secondary reading at 11,000 ohm is normal.

I'd be looking at the sensor that detects the timing.

I put a new rotor in with the new ignition module. This ignition has a switch that will allow it to run a single or dual fire coil and I have it set for dual. I think what I may do is go back to where I got the Ultra ignition module and get the coil and plug wires that go with it. This way i've upgraded my entire ignition and go from there since it seem that the ignition doesnt like the low ohms its seeing at the coil now.

Ok so I found a single fire coil here locally. Hooked everything up, static timed it and bam! fired instantly without even using the choke. Bike runs awesome! SOOOO much smoother, throttle response is like day and night difference from before. Thanks to everyone who posted up to help, you all are awesome. I have another thread here so i'll post results there as well incase anyone does a search.
