Primary Noise
Well if it's not one thing it's another. I have a 96 Fatboy with belt primary. When the bikes running in neutral and warmed up there's a noise coming from the primary. The bike rides great till it get warmed up then it starts to shake bad enough even the wife noticed it. Oh and the noise goes away when the clutch is released I believe, I'll have to re check that but it comes and goes with the clutch engaged or not. Thanks for any help.

Video doesn't play for me either. Pull the outer primary and check to make sure the nut holding the front motor sprocket is tight. I would also check the clutch basket and make sure it is on the tranny sprocket as well.
Who did the conversion from primary chain to primary belt. Any way you can contact them and run the problem by them?
If it is shaking as badly as you describe I sure as heck wouldnt' be riding it until I found the source of the problem.
And when you say "shaking" what exactly do you mean? If it is the motor then you need to check the upper mount and the 4 bolts holding the motor in the frame. If the shaking is from the tranny you need to check the 5 nuts under it hold to the frame

I'll go out and check the things you recomended. I bought the bike recently like it is and no way to get ahold of the guy who did work on it. Im pretty new to this stuff but an ok wrench and confident I can fix whatevers wrong with some guidance. Oh and I do have a manual but obviously the belt drive isnt stock so wasnt sure it would help.
What I mean by shaking is vibration in the handlebars and foot rest but only after the bike is warmed up. I changed tranny fluid to Shockproof Heavy and it shifts and runs super smooth. Just did ignition and battery, motor is running great so I just figured vibration was coming from the primary since thats whats making noise all of a sudden.
It wasnt making the noise before though. Its not just the noise but that when in neutral theres a vibration that goes away when I pull the clutch in that gets worse when the bike warms up and the vibration is noticable when riding also.
