Well.... I said earlier the coil was hot with key on.. well, I checked it wrong! I touched the hot post and then the positive side of the battery, which will read 12volts. I have no fire to coil AND no LED light on the ignition module... However.. the ignition fuse IS good! lol

Ground your test light and poke it through the insulation on the white wire on the ignition module (with key on and run switch on). If that white wire is not hot, then trace it back to the fusebox and figure out where it's broken...that's your problem.

Ok guys.. I checked the hot wire to the coil it has no fire. I checked that wire everywhere, no fire and cannot find a bare wire anywhere on anything.... need some suggestions please..
How about the white wire to the ignition module, does it have power?
No Joe. None of the wires has power. I can turn the key on, and the headlight comes on, hit the starter button, it cranks over just fine, just no spark.
The kill switch is in the Run position, right? Sorry, it's come up before.
Get a schematic for your bike and start following the wires. As mentioned, the white wire at the coil should have power. It gets it from the kill switch, which gets it from the ignition switch, which gets it from the battery. There's some breakers and/or fuses inbetween.
