No, it wont do anything. WTH? Ok, so the coil wire was not hot before I took all the ignition module out of the nose cone and all the wires off the coil , Schex had me guessing about the kill switch, so I put it back together and it fires up immediately. Doesn't make any sense.
There is no bare wires any where on the bike, I made sure of that. But something is defiantly going on weird.
I feel like a broken record. Trace that white wire. Make sure it's not shorting out against the cone, then trace it on back to where it goes. That wire is your problem.

It must have been Joe because I traced that wire back to were it starts and where it ends, nothing is bare anywhere. It is a tight fit in that nose cone and the wires are in a pretty good bind. It defiantly was not hot before I took the ignition off the bike. I simple put it back together and it immediately fires up. BUT, I'm going to triple check the wires again.. just been working to much and my brain isn't thinking clearly sometimes.
We've all been there, that's the beauty of these forums, you can post up a problem and get some suggestions from a stranger who may have dealt with it before!
Keep us posted buddy. I hope you find a little short in that white wire or perhaps it came unhooked and you reseated the connection..something simple like that.
But also think back to when you backed it out of the garage when it didn't start...did you catch some kid toys backing out that may have snagged that wire under the bike?
I subscribe to Occam's Razor - the simplest solution is usually the right solution.
No, I put all my toys up before I backed it out of the garage..LOL. I'm thinking it had something to do with the wires in the nose cone, where it comes up through the hole in the bottom. It's a very tight fit in there and those wires are hella bent in a "U" and "S" shape.. I don't want to take it on a hot lap and get away from the house and be stranded. Something is wrong and I'll find it before I take it out of the garage.

That would be the most likely place I'd think. That's where I'd start my search, possibly the white wire is partially broken or shorting out there. Another place would be under the seat, any pinch point.
When I diagnose something like this, I always like to think it worked yesterday, today it doesn't, what changed between today and yesterday. Did you remove the seat or tank or fool with the handlebars or anything before this happened?
1) no power to the white wire 2) module not making a ground to the nosecone
3) bad module

SOB!! Went to fire it up again after it's been sitting couple weeks.. no fire and no red LED light on the module. The white hot wire has power. Last time it did this , I took everything apart and I think it was Schex3x had me second guessing myself, so I put the ignition back on and into the nosecone, and it fired immediately. So technically, I didn't fix it because all I done was reconnect everything. Seems to me to be something as far as the module is going out or a grounding issue into the nose cone..

No, just went and rode it all over the place like I always do, got back to the house, put it in the garage. Couple weeks went by, went to start it, no fire.
