Just replacing the fuel line probably won't help anything at this point.

Going through the bike bolt by bolt is something to keep you occupied during the winter.
I know that Mike its slated for rebuild too. I only stated the fuel line as a starting point cause that may be all I can afford this month. The bike may get stuck in the garage till spring. I'm not sure yet.Like I said in an earlier post, spending for xmas and catching up on bills after being sick has drained me. What sucks enough I have 2 carbs to rebuild, one on the bike and one on the riding mower.

Boy do I know that but it don't hurt to try.

As stated in another thread you might seriously consider changing your screen name!!!!!!!!!!!
Wouldn't matter I've always been a magnet for bad **** to happen, screen name or not. I could change it and still something unfortunate manages to manifest itself.

One of my pit falls, I tend to over analyze a situation with logic. It a prob that some intellectuals face. Unlike everyone else I tend to get a little nervous when faced with a situation I never dealt with before.

How do you test the coil? Btw I'll go ahead with testing the VOES while I'm at it.

Actually I think fuel injection is more a headache when thinking magneti marelli. Still if something goes wrong with the fi,you have more things to trace down than carb. Like the comp, injectors, and sensors....sorry I rather go with simplicity.

I was just being sarcastic. nobody in their right mind would convert from carb to FI.
