How 'bout some ebay auctions instead, not sure of parts numbers 'cause I'm at work. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rear-Docking...-/141826862392 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-David...-/391370512707 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Detachable-T...-/301485641216
With the docking hardware, you'll have to do some creative spacing, but even a caveman can do it. Haha
With it, you'll be able to use anything rear attachment that the 97-08 touring bikes use.
Again, if stock is what you want, let me know. A couple of eBay sellers, pinwall_cycle_parts and rsipartsinc have a lot of used HD parts. These older Evo bike parts are getting hard to find though, but I've had good luck with those sellers.
If your's forsure takes the '90 TP mount, then you'll need a 86-90 handrail. it changed in '91 with the rack. I'm guessing you have an early, early '91 or it's a '90 or older with the wrong title. The part number for the '90 handrail is 91583-86. IMHO the handrail is ugly anyway.
Here's one on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1990-Harley-...tTtxkG&vxp=mtr Again, pricey but....
What are you using for a License plate mount?
Pretty sure I still have my handrail. I know I still have my rear rack.
Tom, if those parts are still available, those Ebay prices are roughly the same as new ones. If they are not available then they are not so unreasonable IMHO.
I shopped for hours on the internet for '90 tank decals and eventually tracked down a pair at a little over list price. We've reached that point in time when we may have to pay a premium for genuine parts, even if they're secondhand.

I take no offense to that. You don't know me, I don't know you. It's cool. So you need the original grab bar, and original tour pack bracket. Both of which I have. Not that I don't want to get rid of my parts, but you really should check out this thread before you buy or do something that you could have done better.
Your '91 and my '90 are the same configuration, and I use the quick detach stuff on mine. After looking at the post, if you decide you want pics of what I have, let me know.
OK, after doing some deep thinking and planning I want the parts you are offering. Not real sure how to get in contact with someone offline with this venue though, but lets get in contact and work something out. You have been a big help.
