Quick update but not sure if anyone will see it. I picked up my bike yesterday after the EV27 install and can only mirror what everyone else has said. It's awesome. It was like a whole different bike. MUUUUCH more power and smoother which was surprising. I can say that I was expecting it to Lope harder and basically "potato" more than it did previously but it was the opposite. Is that anyone else's experience? I guess I just expected it to be more like when the cam gets changed out in a car. Thanks again guys for all the input. More changes to come.

A stock plenom on the MM EFI will never lope, it is a shotgun style plenom and the reason a carb lopes is cross talk with the open style intake/plenom.

Now I do know someone that got a MM to lope by removing the center divider of the shotgun plenom, removing the center plenom also required a bunch more fuel to catch back up to the air. The modified plenom was shelved for a modified CV carb and intake, the MM system can't hang with a performance engine.
