I am totally ready to tune this thing:

Mikuni HSR main jets 160 thru 200, pilot jets 20 thru 35, 60 and 70 accelerator pump nozzle, and one richer emulsion tube and needle.

Still waiting for the clutch cable, but after that she can be made road worthy.

I think it's just the Thanks button. That's what I've been doing if I like a post.

HOK products are top notch, they are the easiest custom colors to spray. Just do your research, each coat of candy darkens the color.

Sorry for the delays guys, I've kind of been dealing with some ****.

I did manage to put the Deutsch connectors together for the speedo so now I can completely button up the nacelle. Goal is to have some miles under her belt this weekend. I'll post more pics, and maybe a short video if things go well.

Got it all buttoned up for a maiden voyage tomorrow. The cables on the tank are for the wideband o2 sensor:

I cranked her over too just to make sure she'd fire. Them new jets are already making a difference. Empty carb to purring in about 4 revolutions of the motor. I goosed it a couple times then shutdown.

I'll probably have the wife follow me around the neighborhood, just in case something shitty happens.

So, no **** here but yesterday I got the bike all buttoned up and rolled it down the drive way to go for the initial spin and the second I lift the bike off the kickstand a cop noses into the cul-de-sac, then slowly backs out and parks on the street exactly opposite my driveway. I took this as a sign. Since I haven't insured it yet, and the engine serial number isn't on the registration (and it's absolutely loud as hell), I killed it and pushed it back in the garage.

The last thing I want is the CHP throwing my bike in impound on her maiden voyage because I didn't have proper paperwork or insurance at the time.
