My humble apologizes upon further investigation and didn't realize it till spalt asked me for the part # that what was suppose to be stock turned out to be 3" over, so in order to do what needs to be done I am going to have to order shorter springs. know anybody that's looking for 3" over bottom springs 6 miles on them still doesn't excuse the springs being loose though. Once again thank you for your patience.

All Paughco springers use the same springs...the 3" over is the length of the forks themselves.
Thanks Tom I was looking at the 163 which appear to be shorter, so changing out the springs is a bust ?? I am really regretting that I changed out the front end on this bike

OK let me rephrase what I said...all the wide springers with shock (what you have) use the same spring...the 163 spring is for the non-shock springers and also uses an inner spring....Shortening the springs will just make it bottom out easy...shoulda bought a Harley OEM springer...would have saved you a lot of headache.
