I buy mine at the dealer. Buy a couple of screws and the washers come with them. I don't know of another source. Cheapskate that I am, I've been known to sand them on a surface plate and reuse the same washers for years.

I get that, but Harley doesn't sell the washer separately, and I don't know of an exact replacement. In any case, they're not expensive, and, eventually, I'll bugger up the heads of the Phillips screws anyway, so I don't mind replacing both.

It just offends my sensibilities to have to replace something that is perfectly good (the bolt) when I don't need to.
Yeah I know the bolt is only like a buck but I still don't like having to replace a perfectly good part if I don't have to.
