Thanks for the craigslist suggestion. He has a partial frame that's just what I want. He's a thousand miles from me but there might be somebody passing that way. We'll see.
You can do a nationwide search to see if something closer comes about. Good luck.
Why don't you find a decent welding/fab shop locally and redo what you have, you have the problem area's reinforced to avoid future issues. Sounds like these frames are prone to it. Or just ship the frame off to a good frame guy, they can do wonders and keep your numbers intact. I've have a few I'd have tossed fixed and cheaper than used ones where going for.

True!
Mike at 47industries is supposed top be the top frame guy on the east coast. Maybe worth some dialogue or at least some pics exchanged???!!!
I picked up the partial frame from the craigslist guy in NC. It's not the same as ours but it appears to be identical in the swingarm area. Off to the welder...
After and before. The donor was an '05 FLHPI going on to a '96 FLHTCUI. The splice was from the middle of the swingarm mount to about 8" in front of the frame cross-brace. Looks good. Next rebuilt front forks and DFT trike backend.
