FWIW no matter what the media I call it sandblasting it's just a generic term to me.
As long as they didn't hit the gasket surfaces it's all good.
You might want to check all threaded holes though.
If it was a good shop they have plugs to put in them to protect the threads while they blast and if they didn't you will have to retap the holes as the blasting will mess up the first thread or two.
