Sometimes loosening exhaust mounting points.
Then
Disconnecting top motor mount.
Then
Removing bottom front motor mount and allowing motor to drop forward while supported by a small jack gives you some extra room on a touring bike.
That along with allen/hex piece and sears carb wrench
At least it helped on a 98 road king.
Then
Disconnecting top motor mount.
Then
Removing bottom front motor mount and allowing motor to drop forward while supported by a small jack gives you some extra room on a touring bike.
