That's what we do with FXR'S, too. Dropping the front motor mount makes the job much easier.
I keep a separate tool box filled w/ cut off wrenches,Allen keys,used bearing races and all the misc. Harley tools etc.I’ll mark them for what they’re good for.

On my 96 Dyna I disconnect the top motor mount. The engine can then be pulled over By hand far enough to get the bolt out, and back in with access for a torque wrench.
