The adjustable pushrods are the same size before adjustment, but once they are in position and adjusted they will all be slightly different.
Follow Dan, this is being over thought. Your lifters will pump up at start up, just not fully pumped up now and will spin, if you adjusted correct turns to thread pitch from 0 lash it's good to go, OEM push rods are different lengths to cover a different angle to the exhaust rocker and all your doing is adjusting the push rods to equal the different lengths due to angle. Doesn't matter is you have 13 threads or 3 threads showing it's still adjusted the same total length.
If the measurements were closer together it would indicate that one push rod is longer than the other because of the nominal distance between the rocker and the lifter, intake compared to exhaust.. Judging by the amount of distance between your current intake and exhaust measurement, I would say the push rods are the same length..

Thanks, got it. 👍
I was just curious why some sets of quickee / EZ PRs are all the same length and some (like S&S) are different lengths.
It's all good now, mine happen to be so the same length, but like you said it doesn't matter if they are adjusted properly.
Also good to know they will pump up at start up. All makes sense now.
Cheers
It depends on what pushrods you have, As noted, S&S pushrods are two different lengths. I've used both Screamin' Eagle and Crane pushrods, and all four were the same length.
