Their 85-93 is the updated conversion kit, they don't sell the old narrow spline pulley, if you order 94 and up, you get just a pulley.

Thats what I thought 1994 and up the sprockets and spacer were different and not 93, but I thought I could be wrong on which year it started

It came with everything I needed for my '90 about 9 years ago, maybe something changed, I'd contact them.

I just ordered and received the Andrews Part #290320 for my 91 Springer and it contained all the hardware necessary to upgrade to the wider spline. Lockplate, 2 Allen screws, shorter spacer and seal. Just wish it included the 35211-91B locknut that Andrews wants you to use.
Not sure what the difference is between the original 35211-36 nut and the
recommended 35211-91B but I ordered one.
Almost impossible to get HD parts in Canada. The HD dealers now use the US warehouse instead of the one that was here.
I sometimes think I got parts in Afghanistan quicker than I can get them in Canada

Just about in business now. This getup just arrived:

That's everything that came in the box from Andrews, part # 290340.

The only thing missing now are the new bushings for the shifter shaft in inner primary. Mine were getting pretty sloppy, so I'm going to go ahead and replace them while it's all apart. Unfortunately, none of the local dealers had any, so they're on order. Supposed to be in sometime in a week or so.

Meanwhile, I still need to get the starter out and the right side exhaust removed, so may as well get that done while I'm waiting for parts. Also looks like I need to get to work with some parts cleaner on that pulley. They weren't stingy with the anti-rust on there.

You will be happy with the andrews parts. When you slip that pulley on to the main shaft gear it will become one solid unit, even before you torque the nut.

I've replaced those bushings with the primary in place, easier with it off, but not necessary to wait for bushings to assemble, knock them out first if you go that route.

When I replaced mine, the shifter shaft had way more wear than the bushings, so if you didn't take it apart yet, you might want to check that out.

Something I also did was left the inside bushing shy from flush with the housing, which left a recess that I placed an o-ring, between the bushing and inner shift arm, helps keep grease in and whatever else out.

I replaced that bushing with one I made from Delrin that is the whole length of the tube. Works fantastic and I never have to lube it.
