I have a 93 softail with an evo motor.(carbureted)
I have a line on a 97 electra glide with no motor on it currently. (Was a fuel injected evo motor)
Will my carb evo bolt right up, to the frame tranny, etc.? I do understand that softail is a rigid mount and the glide has rubber mount. If it mounts, would i need to use my wiring harness from the softail, or is everything else plug and play??
The engine will bolt in, carb will work, Twin Cams use a counterbalanced engine for softails, difference in Evo is the EFI engine has notches cut in the flywheel and a crank sensor. Issues will need addressed is the EFI tank needs converted to single outlet thru a Pingel adapter system including all the fuel tank inner items removed and cut 1 steel line out. Common conversion is change the EFI ignition module to a non EFI system plus a carb rotor with coil, ECM and wiring harness can be removed BUT CAN still use the EFI ignition system with ECM if desired to fire the spark, a check engine light will be present at all times because the ECM won't be reading a injector pulse.
Hardest part is the fuel tank line conversion, Ultima ignition system comes with everything you need including a wiring harness, main power for the ignition is a white wire with black tracer under the right side fuel tank, it is the ignition control switch wire for a carbed engine. Tach wire will be a pink wire exiting out the back of the fuel tank, ECM is signaling the tach now, the Ultima ignition module has a wire coming out of it to replace the ECM signal wire. The EFI coil is a single fire but uses a sealed connector body, requiring replacement or wire splicing to keep it.
Note: your carb engine harness on the softail will work but the harness is obsolete to replace, pick your poison.

Thanks in advance,

You'll just need to convert the carbed motor to EFI in the new bike. Can get expensive if you have to find all the parts (intake and sensors) for it. Probably about the same cost as converting it over to carb on the new bike.
Mounting it will bet he easiest part. Just find the mounting parts from a list.
