Its possible it was put in the kit by mistake and no size reference to guess from - picture has it at about 2 inch center could be a inner primary bearing seal
What is annoying about cosmetic is they include many years, you will have to and evo seals in a kit.
That reminds me a little of jack shaft from a primary kit.

If he bought a complete engine kit it should have nose cone gasket as well.. the cam measures 1.020" so 0maha is correct.. @GOGOBECK do you have the part number of the kit? Thanks..
