Well, I feel like an idiot. I had 75 miles on the tank. After picking it up, I figured I had at least that to go. Turns out they lost some gas when they removed the tank and thus I was running out of gas! Note to self. Eliminate the obvious before asking the question. Thanks for all your replies everyone. Now time for some much needed riding...

Break it in right, let it warm up good before pounding on it and you shouldn't have any problems. Enjoy it !!!!!

Hello all... little update... I bought the 107" in a crate, and installed it in my 97 RK. Gently Broke it in for 300 miles... then went to AZ, and rode the crap out of it. The first 3 days we averaged around 100mph.,... until a 110 screaming eagle blew up.... so the group decided to drop avg speed to between 85 and 90.... spent the next 4 days riding at these speeds. Put 2800 miles on the engine... all of it above 85 mph,.... its broke in good. The gas mileage got better as the ride went on, although driving at these speeds it wasn't great.... everyone very impressed with the Ultima 107.... and so am I.

Seems like the 120" is lazy. Ultima says dont mess with ignition timing.Seems retarded to me. No guts over 2300rpm/???????????

Also check the jetting mine was so rich it would cut out like a rev limiter after 4500 rpm. Although at 2300 you wouldn't think it could be the main jet. You should check the timing to be sure.
