The 07 shocks feel pretty darn solid, they seem to handle normal highway and county Road bumps with a lot more stability, I might have to experiment with the air pressure. On the chip and seal roads I did have a couple of moments where it felt like the back was pogoing a bit

As always with this old bike they were minor complications. I took out one of the four shock bolts and it looked fine I think as I try to reinstall it I pushed a couple of threads because the bike was not at the perfect height, disaster averted with a Mac tools tap and die se

I ran a set of air shocks off an 09 Road King on my Dyna. They felt pretty good after I got the PSI dialed in. I started out around 20 or so PSI and had a lot of pogo action going on so I gradually went down in PSI.
I eventually found that anywhere from 5-10 PSI was the sweet spot for me and the Dyna.

I ran 09's on my old 89. They were MUCH BETTER than the originals. Wish I could have kept that one. 😪
