Can someone help with `94 Fatboy ignition switch wiring!
Hi,im in the process of ordering a `94 service manual,i just got the bike and i need a picture of how the ignition switch at the dash is wired up,please email me a picture or diagram at staged67gspwr@aol.com
I have an 86-99 softail manual however it does not go into detail about the ignition switch and which wires go where. The switch I ordered did not come with any installation instructions. I am doing a tank swap on my 95 XLH 883 DLX sportster and putting on a split tank from a 1994 FLSTF Fat boy. see photos below. any help would be appreciated and wire sizes would be helpful also i.e 18 gauge or what have you.
Split tank 94 Fat boy on sportster pre fabrication test fit onto 95 XLH 883 Sportster(Fatster project) have no wire installation instruction. Need wire gauge sizes and which wires goes where.
I still have to remove OEM ignition and run wires to dash switch.
Thank you Jason that will be a lot of help. would you know what gauge wire is used for the 2 jumpers(1 yellow and 1 Tan) look like 14 gauge but i'm not sure
