Default pushrod help

After rebuilding my evo motor I was thinking the easy install Andrews pushrods maybe a bit under adjusted so decided to adjust them up. They are 32 thread and after digging up the instructions found that they should have 4 turns, easy enough right? Well when I innitially reassembled the motor and installing the pushrods to 3.25 turns everything when pretty much ok. So now that I'm loosening off the pushrods and resetting them to 4 turns I'm coming across a problem "maybe or maybe not", here's whats happening when I open up the rear intake ( lifter going up) and adjust the front intake I wait for the front intake to bleed off but the rear intake does not bleed off and cannot be turned by hand so question is is this normal or am I over analizing the job? I''ve even gone so far to loosening all pushrods off front intake & exhaust as well as rear intake and exhaust to start from scratch like I did when I first reassembled the motor, and have tried several times on the intake and exhaust and no matter what the lifter that I'm raising to adjust its opposite stays solid. The solid lfter I use to adjust its opposite does go finger spin loose if I switch to an exhaust.
Sorry for the long winded.

ok, I tried reading what your posted, but it made my head hurt..lol, so im gonna tell you how they told me to do it, because i wont lie, i bent valves the very first time i tried it, Bring your rear intake up, once rear intake is up, adjust the front, let it bleed down, once the front is bled down, i bring the rear exhaust up, now i adjust the front exhaust, and vice versa, the only one you should be worried about spinning is the one being adjusted, no others. hope that helps. chad.

Thanks Chad that does clear it up. Sounds like I was just over analizing, obviosly the long winded explanation didn't work lol. So basicly as you say I only have to make sure the one I'm adjusting bleeds down before moving onto the next lifter to adjust which is whats been occuring.
