High or low miles when buying used?

So far a very well maintained bike it is. 80 miles no probs. Not a single drop of oil wherever I've parked. Yes it has oil in the tank. I ordered the factory service manual today. Previous owner said it is due service in 1200 miles. Harley synthetic in engine and primary. Amsoil synthetic in trans.
I'd have to say a well maintained ridden bike WITH low miles is a good find.
