Thanks guys, no problem working on it at all, in fact I got the primary side off and will be chaging charging and then onto the transmission , that will be done in the bike, and will be installing an amp so off with the bat wing , geez I actually got alot more to do as well.
No problem working on it at all , I already rewired the passing lite over to the left hand control to make it easier to be able to turn passing and hi-beam off or on when vehicle coming at me.
I think the problem I'm haveing is the vendors selling stuff and they have no idea how far back there parts will fit onto. I don't mind spending the money for the proper fitment part but I really hate modifying to fit.
Yes I do have HD sercvice manual and a HD parts manual, first thing I buy.
More along the line of hey the piece looks great but will it fit.
