Chirping?
I have a 1994 Road King. I had a chirping noise just like this when decelerating. When I pulled in the clutch it stopped. After looking at some of the comments and sugesstions on this forum I adjusted the final drive belt tension. It was a little loose. The noise stopped right away. Check your belt tension. Always look at the simple stuff first.
Both of my bikes chirp time to time - it's the belt. Easy to check - when the chirping is the worst, take a toothbrush and brush each tooth (of the belt of course) and between with MrClean. If there's no chirping after that - that's the cause.
I typically do it once or twice the season, normally I just spray it with mrClean occasionally.

Clean the teeth if they are there. I was missing some, no cure but a new belt.
If the drive pulley is worn, all the cleaning in the world won't fix it for very long. It's hard to see, but get a flash light and inspect the drive pulley teeth.
