I hate RTV for flat mating surfaces w/no lip. In fact, the only place I use it is instead of base gaskets. That said, if your mating surfaces are perfectly flat, your gaskets should seal without needing any additional wonder goo.
How do you tell if your gasket mating surface is flat? Paint it, preferably w/machinist's dye, (a permanent Sharpie will work in a pinch), tape a piece of fine sandpaper to a pane of glass, and rub the gasket surface of your part back/forth across the sandpaper a couple times. Pick it up and look at the "paint" - and see whether ALL the paint wore off evenly, or if there are some spots that are still painted.
If you still have some paint, your gasket surface isn't flat, and you need to re-paint, and rub the part on the sandpaper until the paint wears off evenly.
I'm not gonna get on a soapbox about my RTV opinion, except to say that when it gets someplace it's not supposed to be, that it can create other issues.
Hope this helps!
Sincerely, your local ****-retentive shade tree wrencher.
Agree 100%, RTV is for fixing Tanks in the middle of a battle or for getting an old BSA home, it shouldn't be anywhere near a Harley, or any other bike built after 1947.
The scenario I outlined in an earlier post is OK but that is a situation where the RTV can't get into the motor internals.
Spanners39 Is the FUKN man!!!! Im at a loss and this deeply saddens me! Ok I got the cover off but after seeing what I saw im in tears. The bolt hole that is leaking I thought was a gasket but knew it had to be more. The block is cracked and dont know why? I only took off the tq arm and replaced it with all the bolts that it came off with. I checked and it is a bit longer then the rest. But I dont understand why it will leak or crack now. What needs to be done? I dont have much money to do this the correct way which would engine repair or new engine. I have a rebuilt trans in the bike and many other things. All I wanna do is ride
Can I just jb weld this and call it the day or what else can be done ???

Also since im in here what spark plugs are recommended on these?
What should I get
Firstly, your problem....you could JB weld it but make sure you get it all clean and dry with a blow torch and some degreaser (not together or you'll end up in the burns unit next to my mate Steve).
Best solution is getting it ally welded by a good welder but you'll have a bit of work to do re facing the cam chest but at least it will never fall apart again.
Don't stick the broken bit back on, make a big solid lump of weld or JB.
In both cases you will need to drill and retap, use the cam cover to guide the drill. If you can fit a hard steel spacer in the bolt hole to keep it straight then so much the better.
Use BPR5ES-11 plugs or if you have the cash, the Iridium version.

ALL right I jb welded the hell out the case. Made it one solid piece and some, then I drilled and tapped for the bolt. Everything seems but and didnt see any oil or leaks get into the new hole. PUt on a new gasket and installed all bolts on the cover/ tq arm in the cover and the trans with teflon paste/sealer
tq'd it all down and moved the rear wheel several times to get some oil flowing in the engine. Letting it dry over night and see if any oil seeps past the bolt hole tomorrow. If not then I will try and start it and see if any oil weeps past the bolts or gaskets.
HOPE all is well
I also got new ngk plugs that SPANNERS recommended
