Seems like you might be looking at the rapid flash sequence and NO code is stored.
Suggest you disconnect BOTH battery cables (+ -) for a minute to reset.
Please make sure trickle charger is disconnected.
We have little information to work on.
" I have good spark, but changed plugs anyways. When I start her up sounds like she is running off one cylinder"
Is spark good at both cylinders all the time?

Do you have the melting goo (cam position sensor) under timer cone by your right foot?
Did you check the crank position sensor connector behind the side cover that is located under the seat to see if it is loose?
Do you have the original exterior fuel lines that leak at the swivel as it exits the gas tank?
Have you swapped the injectors wires to isolate the problem to an injector or injector wire problem ?

Thank you for the codes. I'm trying to go through them to se if anything is matching up. To the best of my knowledge everything is hooked up properly, but will definitely double check them as well.
Sounds like fun. If you enjoy the desert there is plenty to see out here.

IM,
Yes I do have the position sensor under the cover. looking at the codes, I was thinking the same. When she started running like this I was going down the highway at bout 70. She was running normal and then I could hear the engine difference and loss of power. The engine light never came on, just loss of power and unusual sound.
