Default found my knock

Hey guys got news back on my knock. The builder put the wrong size pistons in the jugs. He put .020 over in a .040 bore. Par for the course with all the other problems I have had. Think that spanners brought up the knock could be piston slap. Turns out thats what it was. It started burning oil right before the service new mechanics did an engine test and found bad leak down. They tore it down and found the issue allong with a list of other things he did wrong.

It would be funny if it wasn't so damned annoying that anyone could do something so stupid...

That's the plan. Waiting on complete quote for repairs. That's just the stuff they seen while taking it apart they are doing a full inspection. Trying not post all over Hus Facebook, even harder to keep my wife from doing it.

Plenty of time for posting after you take him to court.

Have you confronted him about it? If so and he is not willing to come clean then you should be posting in his FB and tell everyone to stay the hell away from this wrecker (he sure aint no wrench). Wrong pistons with all the other stuff WTF my 13yr old can follow instructions.
And while your at it tell him to GET THE MANUAL if anyone is stupid enough to have him touch anything again.

I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, I'd take it elsewhere and check for cylinder damage! ALMOST WILLING TO BET! Good luck!
