If you got the cam, breather and crank marks all good it should be fine....unless you got the ignition timing wrong.....did you seat the ign timing cup into the notch on the cam before tightening the bolt?
It should run without mods to the fuel map...is all your EFI wiring plugged in correctly?
When.I put on.the nose cone I set the ignition cup into it, finger tightened the bolt and then tightened it down. The ignition plate is pre set on the efi models. It only bolts up with the Allen headed bolts in the two holes.

When you put the cup on did you rotate it till it seated in the notch.
Only one mark on crank, 2 on the cam. One for crank and other for breather.
More than.one timing mark?!?! Well hell! I only saw the one dash! Mine is a 96.
Ign timing usually has two sets of marks, one for California and one for the real world but it wouldn't stop it running. Not sure what year they started doing it though.
Well fellas start the laughing and heckling now...
so in my rush to get my scoot going so I could.get on it and ride I didn't.second check that the dimple on the ignition cup was in the slot/keyway on the cam... so yeah...
Thank you all so much for your advice and suggestions!! No to readjust the pushrods properly and tie everything up!
