Went to fully adjustable pushrods when I re-did the top end due to leaky base gaskets. Changed out cam and cam bearing as well. For me its just ease of maintenance down the road is all.

My old Heritage had adjustables in it when I redid my base gaskets. I imagine that they were done when the cams were replaced. Since I pulled the top end it didn't matter. But, just for me, I would leave the stock one's in unless there was some reason to replace them. You can be sure they will never go out of adjustment.

Thanks for all of the replies. I was thinking about putting them in the Evo because I liked having them on my 1926 JD, which were stock.

On two separate occasions I had an adjustable pushrod come loose. First time no damage, second time it cost me a lifter. Tossed them into the scrap can and reinstalled the OEM pushrods.
