Now I am seriously jealous!!!!!!
Nearest ethanol free gas is over 100 miles from me.
After reading the direction on cleaning out the old kreem sealer I am befuddled on how to get all that old Kreem out of the tank. once the acid dislodges the chunks of Kreem does it free flow out the gas shute off hole ?
How do you dislodge all the crap and get it out?
I thought about that but man is this gonna be a mess. I might have to repaint the tank after all.
I did mine outside, no wrap or anything. It wasn't as big a deal as you might think. Filled it, let it soak a night or two, drained it out the petcock, and just kept adding Kreem and rolling it around until it was all gone, easy peezy.

Thanks for calming my nerves. Guess Ill wrap up the paint job best I can and be carefull not to get acid and acetone on the paint and hope the old kreem chunks will drain out the petcock.

I don't know about getting the old Kreem out, all I had was really bad rust. I was just real careful and didn't have any problems. I can't figure I was "lucky", I'm not lucky! Good luck with that, I'll look forward to hear how it goes.
Humble image? Ba Humbug.........show off......... ;')
BTW, when my son and I rejuvenated a 1975 Honda CB 125, one of us held the tank while the other stuck a pressure washer in and very carefully BLASTED the inside with WATER until junk stopped coming out......Worked like a charm.
