1 ) it is sticking rearward almost a 10 to 12 inches more than it should / it is not centered hell its not even close
2 ) look at the hokie bracket that is holding the rear fender on the softail rear fork at the axle location < see the pivot bolt what did they do ???? does that slide back and forth ????
NOTE : they must have the softail workings fixed in place, if it moves up and down ( the rear wheel ) what happens to the rear fender -- does it bend in the front ?????? 2 maybe 2 1/2 inches up and it hits the seat - and the seat the angle is Awfull for riding, you are reclining at a back angle not my idea of fun on the spine on bumps
i could go on for an hour and thats just the rear fender, but i think you get the idea this was good to post up pictures of what your buying, the guys on the site are sharp and will help -- johnjzjz
I see what you mean on the bracket at the axle (Shoddy). I assumed the fender and soft tail are a solid unit. Looks like they had to in order for the bracing/hinged fender not to explode on first bump. If so, don't know about the clearance to the seat. Maybe all this is why Willis didn't keep it...
