Go back and look at the large picture posted - how is it the front of the fender is bolted to the front frames cross brace with loop clamps and its able to go up and down --

75 percent of the bikes that were built over the last 10 years were built by get rich TV show wannabees Morons -- What you see on TV is all fake < its bull$hit they could not get a job putting china swing sets together - thousands of junk like that have been put up for sale - i lost count how many arnold and jay lenno, micky rorke, build it must have been a thousand each - it looks like a bike from the picture

if you are looking into building a bike and have a style in mind post up your ideas

It doesn't go up and down, its bolted to the outside ends of the rocker pivot axle and stays where it is...

Actually it is bolted to the front fork pivot and the fork itself...so it moves up and down...but not as much as the wheel itself...older springers were bolted to the rear pivot axle and didn't move at all...and heritage springers are bolted to the axle and move the same as the wheel...crazy

I think you will find it isn't bolted at the back....look at the pic of the other side and its just an acorn nut sitting behind (but close to) the mounting strap.

Default Build under way

Well, I gave up trying to fit a rubber mount EVO into a softail frame and went with an FXR swing arm setup from paughco. Here's pics of the build so far.

Fxr frame with a springer? That's all kinds of wrong right there. Then again D-Gyver won't be all alone in the world anymore but again he posted it with a shovelhead. Lol

I know huh... I kept the origional FXR frame just in case I want to do a fast leaner later. Right now, I'm just lookin' to build a 40's style geezer glider that will give me 300-400 miles a day without blowing out my hemroids...
