I would be interested in the parts alone for my 1985 EVO under $2,000. I know you can part this out for over $2,000. I just completed a rebuild only did it because labor was free. I put in over 200 hours! Good luck.
I know you said you're looking to get this back closer to a stock bike - I just sold my 84 fltc on Monday but have an extra set of bag lowers off it, and some of the other component parts to get them onto your bike. I dont have the lids but it could be a good start for your journey -
