Default Bad Lifter??

Greetings all. My 2000 RKC had over 96K on it so I just got through doing a gear drive install with an Andrews TW26G cam, Andrews push rods, and a new set of Crane lifters. Also installed the Feuling Superpump and Feuling Cam Support Plate. Bike runs great after warm up but at least one lifter is bleeding down after sitting awhile. On first startup, oil pressure light goes off as soon as bike starts but lifter or lifters, takes about 15 to 20 seconds to pump up and quite down. Question is, how can I find out which lifter is the problem? Didn't have this issue with the old lifters even after all those miles.
Sorry for the long post but wanted to include as much info as possibe.

There is nothing better than the stock lifters.....although after 96,000 miles they where ready to change. To tell you the truth I would take them all out and replace them with a new stock set...they are cheap and better than what you have now.

Using a stethoscope will pin point the bad one

Hey Doc, would be very interested in knowing what brought you to the conclusion that the stock lifters are a better product. Not to start a controversy, but a genuine sincere interest.

trying a mechanics stethoscope to listen at each push rod tube may help.

After installing Sceramin'Eagle lifters, Jims Hydro Solids, S&S lifters, AM lifters, etc and having to take them back out because of failure do to bleed down, or pump up throwing off valve timing,or just too noisy and never having a problem with the stock lifters is what I base that on. I use stock lifters in all the builds I do with less than 200 lbs seat pressure on the valve springs. They are cheap to boot.

I'll try the stethoscope route to try and isolate which one is noisy. Then maybe take it apart and clean it. If that doesn't work I guess I'll replace with the stock "B" lifters. My originals were the "A"s.

How can you tell if it's a bad lifter or an improperly adjusted pushrod?

No not fueling but then again I never used them...lol
They are more expensive and claim to pump more oil to the top end, problem with this the top end gets enough oil....we need to keep the oil in the lifter so it will stay pumped up. Cams with aggressive ramps I add the LMR2 or LMR4 by-pass spring to give me more and a steady flow of pressure to the lifter....this quiets them down with cams like the TW6H and so.
