I have the Andrews 54H and a near flat line over 100ftlbs, from 3000 - 5000rpm. Have the stock heads ported and keep the hydraulic tensioners, I would not go for the gear drive. It is really not needed. I have the stock valves in my heads, although the seats and valves were cut. What did your dyno sheet look like, why not try a 2 into 1 first and see what gains you achieve.
I know the sheet shows 25 disc, there are only 20 installed.
That is just perfect!! My 211 cams caused some wierdness with my torque curve....I bought the bike with them and it pulls hard enough to leave them be for now....
I sure do like that Tq line on your build though! Very solid result there.
ditto what Bagger said. those 103+ heads ported are really good.
may i suggest a tw6h and go to a .030 head gasket. you can use those pipes just throw a set of tqcones in them to slow down the pulse waves coming out of the head .. i am not a fan of them but tert it. al;so what type of tuning device are you using????

If you are going to drop that much money back into the build, I would recomend going with aftermarket components, a full Headquarters build, Let them work your stock heads, throw in their pistons and a set of 575 cams and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and the Fatcat will help any build, it is a great pipe.
I agree with your recommendations... Others have recommended using Woods cams there isn't enough advantage in the Woods cams to warrant the extra cost... The 575 will not let you down when it's show time...
