my 04 sportster starts fine and after 4 seconds it dies. i'm getting gas.seems like there may be some sort of sensor killing the engine.any suggestions?

 

Don't have my sporty any longer but as I recall there is a tip sensor that shuts down the bike if it senses it has tipped. The manual details how to reset the sensor. There was a similar post recently in the softail section I believe. That poster walked you through his trouble shooting. Do a search. Good luck.
