Default New V&H Hipo 2-1 Exhaust, Dyno ?

Hi, anyone tried this new pipe on a 124" or larger motor? Do you have the dyno numbers/chart from the run?

Curious about this too.... I was kinda hoping this one makes a better torque curve than the original PP's - specifically the bottom end dip.

Steve... Scott... Randy.... You guys got any tangible data on these yet?

A friend of mine has the exact 113" build as I do (see specs below) with the exception of the pipe. He has the new PP hp and I have the boarzilla.

My bike produces better power and torque all the way through the rpm range and ten hp's more on top.

His bike is quieter though.

Thanks for the info, but I'm looking for data on a 124" + motor. V&H "says" they have only ran the pipe on a 111/113" twin cam.

Also,

He had true dual Reinharts before the PP hp then lost 13 ft lb.s of torque with the PP hp installation but he did gain ten horse power over the duals.

If his numbers are that much lower than mine on a 113", they will only get worse with an increase in displacement.

SCJ, I agree with you. That is why I haven't bitten on the V&H Hi-po...

Thanx Old Gunny, I'll hold out. No way I'm going to pull the trigger and buy a set unless I know for sure they will work better than what I have.
