Just got done installing a B&E Exhaust on a Buddies 98 RoadKing.
Install the 2" Combo with the Mufflers and Superflow True Dual.
They Look and Sound Great. Don't know about the Performance benefits.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for a great sounding Exhaust at a Decent Price.
Bob's a great guy to work with, he even answers E-mail in a very timely manner. http://www.superflowmufflers.com/products.htm
I am interested in these for my 09 SG, what levels have you used on your bikes 1,2 or 3? How would you compare them to stock, or Screaming Eagle slip ons? I want to change my stock sound to something deeper, but don't want a loud system. Thanks for any input.
I just wrote up a review and posted a video on some B&Es Max Performance level 2s slip-ons. All probably in the wrong section because I'm a newb. On stock pipes. Just installed them and like em alot. Imagine they are less aggressive than the true dual/superflow combo, but didn't want to retune the bike right now.
WELLZY.... I got an 08' SG and just put on the B&Es Max Performance Level 2 slip-ons.
$150 shipping included...bolted on in 15 minutes....no airkit or tuner required...what a difference compared to stock!
They are a perfect volume but not obnoxious and you can still hear the tunes.
I wanted something a little louder than stock because too many car drivers simply don't hear you and drift into your lane, cut you off etc.
After putting them on other drivers are more polite and actually yield ,stop and all that other good stuff because they are more aware of your presence...plain and simple.
These are perfect...if I were you I would definately buy them!
im gettin ready to buy a pair for my 04 rk custom-i love the sound on the 2 youtube clips and i havnt heard any bad feedback as aposed to larosa pipes [just a little more expensive but still under 200]diferent complaints about them and remap is sugested so im really leaning towars the b&e .you can run em without modifications
