I've searched the forum and come to the conclusion that there is no corrective action based on the replies.... alot of snarky comments, but not much in the way of substance....
So here is the question, I have a set of V&H slip ons, the right side pipe has yellowed...
Is there ANY way to get it back to chrome....no I don;t want new pipes, or wrap etc....
I have never found anything that ever works. But to redo the chrome. Try Blue away some say it works on yellow also. Or try to buff the sh&&& out of it.

I cant say I have every seen a product that would remove discoloration. Is this the header or the muffler? I would first figure out the cause (exhaust leak or improper air/fuel...) then look into having it re-chromed or contacting V&H.
I will check with my chrome guy on Tuesday to see if he know of something.
Good luck.

BlueJob - I have a set of Hooker troublemakers that after rejetting the carb 3 times, still yellow on long trips even though they are not supposed to. It takes a lot of elbow grease but BlueJob has taken the yellow off every time.

I use it to polish watch crystals. There are a few different grit. Just like sandpaper, the higher the # the finer the grit. It can be expensive but may be worth a try. Hobby shops will sometimes carry it but the best place is usually a rock and jem store. I use a dremmel and a cotton wheel but, by hand may be just what will take out the yellow.
On the corner, very close to the Hotels that charge by the hour.
Snarky and not with much substance....but very funny reply... but back to the original question....that is why I have black ceramic pipes. Downside is I don't need any bluejob and waste hours rubbing my pipe.
I got my first can at Amazon.com, then found that competent HD shops (none of which I have in my local area) carry it. I got my last can at M&S HD on my way to Gettysburg, PA Bikeweek.
