I was thinking the same. Going to get a dial indicator and check the cam timing at the rocker. I may call s&s Monday and see what the deal is with the gears. I have talked to 2 different dyno shops, 2 independent shop and 4 different HD dealer service guys, I haven't worked on alot of bike but I was an auto teck for 10 hrs, this has everyone baffled.

I had a similar dyno experience after having a 95" kit with andrews 26 cams installed, around 60 hp and 80 tq. My mechanic talked to the andrews tech support people and they told him the timing could be off a tooth. Sounded like the marks on the cams were either hard to see or hard to line up. They could not tell him which way to adjust the cam, it gets better in one direction and worse in the other. The mechanic shifted the one cam a tooth and I got 76/92 on the dyno. My guess is you are on the right track with the cam timing.

Shiney, do you know what your compression readings were before it was fixed? Mine was 165 back cylinder and 170 front.

You'll have a large difference in ccp when this occurs.

Hillside, can you clarify ccp? Is that an acronym for compression?
