Default Breather Recommendations

Down the road I will be replacing my breather. I really only have 4 criteria, listed in order of importance to me:

1. Reliability (Not a mechanic type so I don't want something I need to continuously tinker with, so a have the mech set it and forget it type)

2. Looks (I want to get rid of the football look, was looking at the Kuryakyn Hypercharger, but it seems most don't think highly of this.)

3. Comfort (Does not stick out so far that it interferes with leg or excessive heat.)

4. Performance (Getting Vance and Hines Big Raduis 2-1 pipes, so something that will enhance this, but I am not a push the limits type of rider)

Any suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated.

Ness Big Sucker II, with an 8" round Evo-style cover.

Yup, that's what I have. Classic look while delivering plenty of air to the engine. Low maintenance too.

my indy told me that if your not doing head and cam work the arlen ness stage 1 will work just fine on a 96" tc. After you do pipes and filter you will also need to modify your fuel management.

+3, K&N Washable filter with round Evo-style cover. Will filter all the air my motor will ever move. Narrow enough to use my highway pegs inside my crash bars - very handy for Cali-style lane-sharing: If the bars fit through so will you.

SE Heavy Breather looks good with the radius pipes, and no interference.
