Twizted- they're not rare for lowered bikes, but I had a tough time finding one for raised bikes. In fact I don't think I've ever seen another one since I got mine. It's been a long time since I installed it, so I don't know the answer to this, but I wonder if they could be flipped and drilled to work without making them into swiss cheese?
Yeah you can , what I had to mine. I like my bikes sitting up a bit so I use the chicken strip on the tires without tearing up pipes & pegs.
