If she wasn't worried about them why should anyone else be?
I retired from an occupation that specialized in judging and profiling people. The alarm bells for her lack of morals and character were ringing when she was 6 yrs old. Watch as the story develops, my opinion based expert observations will prolly be right on track.
She deserves zero jail time. Our tax dollars should *NOT* be caring for this cupid stunt.
A .22 to the head behind the jail and a dirt hole with no box to lay in is all she deserves.
I volunteer for the firing squad...the state pays only my gas and my food, thus saving a minimum of $40,000 keeping her useless air-wasting hide in jail fed and dry.
So she had no license, no insurance, no registration, was drunk, hit and run and only warranted a $26k bond to get out of jail? Seems a lot smaller then it should be.
If we could get inside the judges head when he resided over the bond matter, my bet is he was thinking "What the hell is a motorcyclist doing on the road at that hour of night - he shouldn't have been there"
I have an idea here. Just make sure that the other inmates, wherever she is locked up, learn exactly why she is there. Then, the guards only have to be a little less than observant now and then.
Odds are, there are enough women there who either ride or have partners who DO ride that the situation will sort itself out naturally, similar to how pedophiles generally find justice.
I wouldn't waste any sympathy on this woman and chances are that her children would be better off without her in their lives.
No. Accidents happen, and most of the time its more one party's fault, but drunk, unlicensed, and going 115. Then fleeing? That's criminal on multiple levels. F her and her whole family. Hope she dies in jail.
Cute Dobie.
There are no such thing as accidents when it comes to automobile collisions. As far as I'm concerned, every crash is caused by someone's negligence.
The only true accident being equipment failure on a properly maintained vehicle.

A malfunctioning traffic light can cause a true accident where no one is at fault. Same with a deer or other animal leaping out in front of you. There are actually many things that can cause a true accident, but most of the time (like this time) collisions aren't accidental.

We can tear her to shreds, torture her, whatever...it'll only make you feel better for a week or so, until another one is in the news. The world is full of people like her and this sort of thing happens often.

I investigated a lot of those "malfunctioning traffic signal" collisions where both involved parties claim they had a green light.
Of course all traffic signals have a "fail safe" mode that trips them into four-way flashing red if opposing green lights ever occurs.
